Siew Loo Yeoh

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of our beloved mother, Yeoh Siew Loo, affectionately known to her friends as Marge Wong. Born on June 14th, 1936, in Alor Star, Malaysia, she passed away on April 18th, 2026, at the age of 89 years. We are glad she is now reunited with her husband, James.

Throughout her life, Marge was the cornerstone of her family, lovingly raising seven children and cherishing her thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Together, our parents came to Canada in 1982 in pursuit of opportunity and a brighter future for their family.

Marge had a kind and compassionate heart and boundless generosity. Her home was always open and her table abundantly spread, welcoming all who came, and ensuring no one ever left hungry.

A celebration of Marge's life will be held at Ladner Gospel Assembly on Saturday, June 13, at 3:00 p.m., with a live stream available for those unable to attend in person. The family kindly requests that donations in her memory be made to Delta Hospital, in lieu of flowers.

Yeoh Siew Loo's legacy of love, warmth, and selflessness will forever remain etched in the hearts of all who knew her.
