Sally Ann Fisher (née Muldoe) passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side on April 11, 2025, in Vancouver, B.C., at the age of 76.
Born in Kispiox, B.C., Sally was deeply proud of her Gitksan heritage and carried her family’s traditions close to her heart throughout her life. She was a devoted mother to Desirée Muldoe (Christopher), Matthew Fisher (Vivian), and Stephen Fisher (David), and a beloved grandmother to Adaline and Allie.
Her love also extended to her cherished fur grandbabies—Spooky, Fluffy, Bella, Honeybear, and Stacy—who brought her endless joy.
Sally began her career as a medical stenographer at G.F. Strong Rehabilitation Centre, later dedicating over two decades to Canada Post, a path she embarked on following the birth of her third child. Known for her work ethic, kindness, and unwavering generosity, Sally touched the lives of many.
If you knew Sally, you were family. She had an open heart, a giving spirit, and a talent for making anyone feel at home. Whether watching curling, heading to a concert, or catching up with friends and family, Sally brought energy, laughter, and warmth wherever she went.
She shared a deep bond with her siblings and looked forward with peace to reuniting with her parents and loved ones that went before her.
Sally’s spirit lives on in the many lives she touched, the family she loved fiercely, and the stories we’ll continue to share in her honour.
