Robert (Bob) was born in Comox BC and moved to Victoria as a baby along with his older brother Reg. His sister Kathy arrived in 1946 and their journey began.
In 1955, the Family travelled to the Fiji Islands where they lived for a year. The family eventually settled in South Vancouver where Bob joined the Army at the young age of 17. While in Europe, he travelled extensively, even getting to Scotland to meet our cousins. Family and Friends have many happy memories of his coming home on leave to his sister Kathy's.
Bob spent the last 50 years of his life in Poco, where he worked as a Glazier and was very involved with the Elks. In his later years he worked at the Meridian Arms and was an avid Canucks fan!
Bob was predeceased by our parents, Cyril & Marie Edwards, brother Reg (Jim & Allan Edwards) He is survived by his sister Kathy, niece Shelly(Gary) Great niece Cheyenne, niece Denise (Russell) Great nephew Lukas, Great niece Lily and many family and friends. He will be dearly missed. Good Night Bobby.
Celebration of Life to be Held at THE ARMS PUB Port Coquitlam Feb 10th from 1-4pm
