Michael George William Reid (1955-2025)

Passed away surrounded by family and loved ones on Nov 8th, 2025. Michael Reid happily married to Carole Reid and fathered 2 children Garrett and Karyn Reid. Michael was a jeweller by trade ever since taking over his father's jewelry store in Kimberly BC at a young age. He took to this particular career quite quickly as a sort of master goldsmith and later getting his geology certification as well as many others. After years of battling cancer and supporting his amazing wife through breast cancer he fought with his own cancer with a smile and sense of care for others. He reminded us everyday that humour and family can outlast any diagnosis.
