Kathleen Sheila Davies, known to everyone who loved her as Sheila, passed away peacefully at McKenney Creek Hospice on August 26, 2026, at the age of 73, with loving family by her side. Following a courageous short battle with pancreatic cancer, she leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a fierce devotion to her family.

Originally from Belleville Ontario, Sheila moved to BC in 2014 to live with her daughter, Angie, son-in-law Tom and their 3 children, embarking on a wonderful new chapter in her life.

Sheila was truly one of a kind. Outgoing, spunky, and completely full of life, she brought an unmistakable energy into every room she entered. Above all else, Sheila loved the people in her life deeply. Her family and friends were her world, and she poured her whole heart into caring for them.

She is survived and deeply missed by her three children, Bruce, Tammy, and Angie (Tom). She was an incredibly proud grandmother of "baby" Bruce, Michaela, Kaitlyn, Mackenzie, Faith, Alexis, and loving step-grandmother to Thomas and Brendan. Sheila is now reunited with her beloved best friends, Rose and Lorraine, who predeceased her and is loved deeply by Angie's mother-in-law Ruth and predeceased by Ruth's husband Bernie.

A Celebration of Life will follow at a future date
