Frances Johnston
July 29, 1932 — March 14, 2018
Died peacefully at New Vista Care Home in Burnaby, B.C. She is survived by daughter Wendy, son Sean (Libby), brothers Frank (Sharron) and Ray (Wendy), grandsons Daniel and Samuel and great-grandson Tyler. She was predeceased by husband Harold, father François and mother Denise, and sisters Marguerite Chapman (Ed), Yolande Frederick (Bill), Jacqueline Logan (Jim) and Aimée Gallup (Larry). She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
The family wants to thank the wonderful staff at New Vista Care Home for the care and support provided since 2012.
A brief remembrance will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 7 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park (in Remembrance Cremation Garden), 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, B.C., followed by a gathering to celebrate Frances' life (location to be determined).
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the New Vista Society (Burnaby), or a charity of your choice would be welcome.
