Chase Keobke

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Chase Keobke.

For those who knew him well, you will know of his beautiful heart and the loving arms he wraps around us all now. He leaves behind his beloved fur-babies, Negal, Enki, and Baby, and many family members and friends.

Chase was a multi-layered being and will be remembered for many things. Among them, his goofy antics, his passion for cooking, and his love of a broad spectrum of music. He also had a stubborn and reckless nature and had many challenges in his life.

As was his way, Chase died as he lived life – on his own terms. He passed away in the presence of family. Be in peace now.

Thank you to Whitehorse EMS and the staffs at Whitehorse General and St. Paul’s hospitals who treated him with respect and dignity from beginning to end.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a worthy cause such as Humane Society Yukon or Blood Ties Four Directions. Chase expressed a desire to work with the BTFD Outreach Van to help others in need.
