Beverley Bentham

​Beverley passed away on July 22, 2018 in New Westminster at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her brother Lister, loving husband Len and beloved daughter Kim (Tony). She is survived by her daughters Bev and Lynne (Rene), grandchildren Scott (Danielle), Heather (Pat) and Kristie (Justin), great-grandchildren Michael, Mathew and Jordan, nieces and nephews. She was born, raised and spent the better part of her life in Sapperton.

Prior to retiring she worked as a Medical Receptionist before working as a Unit Clerk on 3 South at the Royal Columbian Hospital. She was a member of the Royal Columbian Hospital Auxiliary and the Sapperton Old Age Pensioners Association where she enjoyed everyone’s company and new members are always welcomed. She was always there to guide and support us whenever we needed her and never said “I told you so.” She was truly one of a kind. She was loved tremendously, will be greatly missed and she will always have a place in our heart. We would like to thank her Doctors, especially, Dr. Tully, Dr. Rupka and Dr. Starko for taking such good care of her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Sapperton Pensioners Hall on August 25th at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of BC and Yukon.
