Astrid Helene Aareskjold passed away peacefully, in her sleep, Wednesday March 29, after a hospital stay. Predeceased by her husband Trond and parents Thor and Anna Martinsen, her siblings Alfred, Gudrun, Judith, Olav and Sigurd.
She will be missed by her siblings Johannes, Josef, Solveig, Einar, Helge and Yngvar, and her loving children Terje (Ingun), Oivind (Cheryl), Anna (Bob) and Monica, her grandchildren, Trine, Oyvind, Benjamin, Ryan, Bethany and Caitlin and many great grandchildren. She worked as a nurse practitioner in Canada and Norway.
Service will be held in Sandnes, Norway, date to be announced.
