FAQ
How soon can cremation take place?
By BC law, a minimum 48-hour wait is required after death before cremation. During that time, we care for your loved one securely.
How much will it cost?
Our pricing is transparent. We provide a full General Price List. The cost depends on removal, transport, permits, container, and optional services.
Are there extra or hidden fees?
We disclose all “cash advance items” (e.g. obituary notices, cemetery charges) up front. You choose which optional services you want.
Can family witness the cremation?
Yes — we offer a “witness cremation” option if you wish to be present at the start of the process.
Does my loved one have to be embalmed?
No. Embalming is optional unless required for special circumstances or viewing.
What happens with the ashes?
You may receive them at home, scatter them, place them in a columbarium, or keep them in an urn. The choice is yours.
