How Our Process Works:

  • How long does the cremation process take?

    We aim to provide your loved one’s cremated remains and Death Certificates to you within 7 to 10 business days of the finalization of paperwork. When the urn and documents are prepared, we will contact you to organize a pickup from one of our offices, or we can arrange for complimentary delivery (within a 75-kilometer radius). 

  • How much will it cost?

    Our pricing is transparent and is available here. As cost can vary to some extent depending on transfer location, urn selection and optional services, we can provide a quote that is unique to your needs and circumstances.

  • What happens with the ashes?

    Once cremation is complete, we’ll reach out to arrange either pick-up or delivery of your loved one’s ashes (also called cremated remains). Many families choose to keep ashes at home, scatter them in a meaningful place, inter them in a cemetery, or share them among several family members. There are also many unique, personalized options available. Our team can place the ashes into an urn of your choice, and we offer a scattering service.
