STEVE HOSKING
Being the son of an Anglican church minister it was fitting that Steve began his career in funeral service as an apprentice in 1986 in Prince George, British Columbia. In 1999 he joined
Affordable Cremation & Burial first as an apprentice, then as a funeral director & embalmer and eventually as an owner.
If he is not in the office you can find him at Whistler tempting fate and injury snowboarding, skiing or mountain biking with his son Tyson.

CHRIS BRADSHAW
Funeral Director & Embalmer
Chris Bradshaw was born and raised in Zimbabwe and emigrated to Canada with his family in 1990. He made the change to the funeral services profession in 2014 after running his own African travel business in Vancouver for 22 years. Chris graduated from the Canadian College of Funeral Services in September 2017 and, having successfully completed all the requirements, is now a fully licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer.
Chris is a Paul Harris Fellow from the Rotary Club of New Westminster and looks forward to continuing to serve his community and assisting families through the difficult experience of losing a loved one.

MELANI ROBINSON
Melani was born and raised in Windsor/Essex County, Ontario, and earned certification in Child and Youth Worker Education.
She began her career as an apprentice funeral director and embalmer with Affordable Cremation & Burial in 2015. Melani graduated from the Canadian College Funeral Service Program in 2017.
Melani’s desire to help people led her into the funeral industry and she continues to work towards providing the best possible care to the families she serves.

BRUCE DUREAU
Bruce joined the Affordable Cremation & Burial family in 2006, and graduated with a license in Funeral Directing in 2010.
MEGAN YOUNG
Transfer Centre Manager
Megan is proud to be born and raised in Coquitlam. She joined our team as a funeral assistant in 2015, and has experience in funeral service as a receptionist, administrative assistant
As of 2024 has become manager of our Transfer Centre.

LINDA MIZUGUCHI
Funeral Director & Certified Pre-Planner
Originally from Timmins, Ontario, Linda has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from York University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Ethics and Religion from the University of Toronto.
Linda had worked in Long Term Care for 13 years before moving to British Columbia, where she currently is the Family Counselor with Affordable Cremation & Burial Mainland location. Her role is to assist people with advance planning, as well as to offer aftercare information and support.
Linda enjoys skiing, hot yoga and spending time outdoors or at the beach with her husband and two children.

LOGAN KANG
Transfer Technician & Administrator
Logan joined the Affordable Cremation & Burial family in 2022 as a Transfer Technician and quickly showed his aptitude for Office Administration.
